St Johns Books is not easy to find (for first-time vistors!!!) -situated in Highgate Court, which is in Queen St Fremantle (cnr High St), across the road from St Johns Church (Kings Square). If you can find Paul Carroll's shoes (26 Queen St) we are next door - a laneway then Highgate Court. We are at the very back. Following the Lectionary readings for each day of Lent, this rich, distinctive prayer method has made Sacred Space one of the most used resources for Lent. REMEMBER ME...Lenten Reflections for Individuals and Groups Year C $9.95 - produced by the Brisbane Adult Faith Education, Archdiocese of Brisbane, this resource is well produced in colour and includes, for each week: an opening prayer, Sunday Gospel, reflection on the Gospel; questions for reflection and discussion and closing prayer. Contained within this format is a wealth of wisdom and one of the best ecumencical group studies available. Each year it is a fresh publication. A CD is available which includes readings, extra reflections, hymns and Taize chants.  We have good stocks and can order more if required.

LION EASTER FAVOURITES: Stories and Prayers for the Season, $14.95 - a story book for children which includes an excellent collection of stories, prayers and poems. IncludesThe Tale of Three Trees, and a wonderful story by Trevor Dennis. This book will be a useful addition to any childrens' church resource or for a family. We have good stocks.

Sacred Space 2010 $32.95  -This is our best-selling resource - it links with the website www.sacredspacie.ie - a site used by some 5 million people. Having the lectionary readings in this accessible print form though is wonderful and it makes a great gift.  good stocks here now.

  This website has been developed at the request of many customers who desire to see a full listing of our stock, to then choose whether to order on-line (via secure site), in person, by phone, mail or email. The initial response to our website is exciting with many customers finding their  favourite authors readily available and also (via our customer service) books they had found it difficult to source in Australia.

  We welcome customers to our store, but we a little hard to find as we are set back off the main street, at the very back of a delightful courtyard, (Highgate Court) which faces Queen St, corner High St. It is next to 26 Queen St (Paul Carroll's shoes) a laneway separates Paul Carrolls from Highgate Court. We are across the road from the northern side of St John's Church, King's Square. All this information is because Highgate Court doesn't have a number but it really does exist! It is at the Myers end of town and we are diagonally opposite Myers.

St Johns Books supports the Cursillo movement in the Diocese of Perth and beyond.
